Key Responsibilities:
Strategic supervision: Coordinate the efforts of channel managers to align with the company's strategic objectives and implement unified commercial policies.
Leadership and Integration: Facilitate synergy between business channels to optimize performance and continuous innovation.
Analysis and reporting: Monitor key performance indicators and periodically report to the board of directors, providing detailed analyses and data-driven recommendations.
Policy development: Collaborate with management teams to formulate and implement procedures that support operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
Negotiation and contracting: Manage strategic contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the national and international expansion of the product portfolio.
