Reporting to Head of Accounting.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Bookkeeping documents (invoices, bank statements, expense reports);
  
• Closing activities;
  
• On-line payments on behalf of our clients;
  
• VAT tax returns (D300, D390, D394, e-VAT);
  
• WHT return, SAF-T;
  
• Corporate income tax computation;
  
• Review the deliverables to client (accounting records, tax returns, group reporting, trial balances);
  
• Management reporting;
  
• BNR Reports;
  
• Establishing and maintaining relationship with client management;
  
• Being support for internal and external audits.
  

Requirements & Competencies:

• 
  
• Economics studies (Accounting or Finance);
  
• More than 5 years of experience in local accounting;
  
• Very good knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards (RAS); IFRS experience would be a plus;
  
• Good level of English (B2 level - written and spoken);
  
• Computer skills (MS Office);
  
• Accounting software (NetSuite, Next up, SAP);
  
• CECCAR or ACCA / CIMA member – a great advantage;
  
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and analytically;
  
• Proven ability to organize and clearly communicate thoughts and ideas;
  
• Very good interpersonal, motivational, and leadership skills;
  
• Process-oriented, organized, structured, and detailed;
  
• Ability to manage uncertainty and to work within difficult contexts;
