Digitization at Miele requires constantly increasing computing power to support our specific processes worldwide and to connect our innovative products. We are looking for experienced systems specialists to strengthen our Cloud Platform Operation team.

Join our Development Center in Brașov as a CI/CD Specialist in an agile environment for high-end appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of the platform for a multi-project CI/CD pipeline for the Miele app and all subcomponents
• Design, implementation, testing and documentation
• Create and maintain pipeline patterns to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Manage secrets and ensure secure handling of sensitive information
• Core technologies used: .NET (C#) and nuke.build
• Migrating of existing CI/CD pipeline projects (based on Bash and Java)
• Maintenance and support for CI/CD pipelines
• Consulting and support in case of issues or pipeline failures
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the CI/CD pipelines
• Maintenance/further development of the infrastructure
• Mac build runner on-prem
• Infrastructure automation with Ansible
• Development of automation solutions and tools
• Provide consultation and support to development teams regarding CI/CD best practices
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery

Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in CI/CD Engineering.
• Very good knowledge of the .NET Framework, C# software development, pipeline definitions in yaml. Experience in Bash and Java is a plus.
• Strong experience and know-how in a similar role working with business-critical services.
• Good experience in working routinely with CI/CD platforms, code repositories, and practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

• Ability to work in a team, self-initiative, use of agile working methods and the willingness to undergo continuous further training.
• Good planning and organizational skills as well as independent and team-oriented working style.
• Customer oriented mindset across all operational stakeholders.
• Good communication skills and cooperation with colleagues, suppliers and (internal) customers in English / Knowledge of German language is an advantage.
• Positive attitude to be working in team in an international environment, with a self-starter attitude and eagerness to tackle unknowns.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
