Coordinate and supervise the performance of resistance structure works in accordance with the project execution plans
Prepare the necessary materials for carrying out various stages of execution
Check the quality of the executed works to ensure compliance with standards
Analyze and communicate any non-conformities in the execution plans to the project manager and designer
Participate in weekly coordination and progress meetings
Prepare and review monthly work statements
Draft and send necessary reports to the site manager
Prepare weekly progress reports and ensure adherence to the execution schedule for timely project completion
Ensure and monitor subcontractors' compliance with Health and Safety at Work regulations (Law 319/2006) and fire safety provisions
Maintain confidentiality of project-related information
Comply with internal regulations and procedures
Perform any other tasks required for the natural flow of work and respond to management's requests (at all levels of specialization)
