Toluna is delighted to launch the 8th cohort of our successful JumpStart Academy – a performance based, fast-track program to identify, coach and grow high calibre insight professionals!! You will go from entry level to a confirmed client success executive!

What will your main responsibilities be?





Your primary focus will be to deliver a great client experience by meeting their strategic insights needs, by supporting their projects, in DIY, Assisted DIY or full serviced mode:







  • Responsible for initial end-client training and onboarding on the Toluna Start platform (our consumer insights platform)

  • Proactively contact & train clients on new solutions/enhancements

  • Routinely review client’s programming to ensure best practices are met and implemented

  • Project Management: Review project feasibility, establish a clear line of communication with client and technical teams

  • Coordinate overall project activities with internal teams and clients

  • Program surveys on your own or work with expert teams while ensuring programming edits are implemented accurately in a timely manner, and test link is checked before sending to client.

  • Administer/monitor fieldwork either fielded by you or fielded by the field management team

  • Monitor data quality

  • Report all ongoing steps/ statuses with the client

  • Support the team and line manager when necessary









JumpStart Executive





As a JumpStart Executive, you will be part of the ‘Trailblazer’ cohort on our accelerator pathway via a highly engaging and finely curated program of learning and doing, over 2 years.









What you can expect in your first 2 years:







  • A hands on and supportive manager as well as buddies to support you every step of the way

  • A 2 year plan laid out with clear objectives to be met at each level and rewards recognizing your hustle needed to smash through these objectives on your way up

  • Quarterly evaluations and feedback to keep you on course to achieving performance-based promotions every 6-8 months

  • Market Research Society (MRS) certification on Research Foundations

  • “Always on” training modules, to keep you developing and learning!

  • Specific expertise focus, defined by experience level to ensure you gain proficiency across insights platform usage, key accounts management, product development and innovation key solutions, key Brand and Comms and Product Innovation solutions

  • After your second year, 1 month paid secondments are available, to any of our lovely EU offices of your choice (London, Milan, Rotterdam, Frankfurt, Switzerland, Barcelona, Warsaw) or to work either with our local market teams or our global innovation team, to get a taste for the inner workings of our solutions, global key clients and be part of some of our innovation initiatives

  • Hybrid WFH policy to balance flexibility, team bonding and learning

  • And most importantly, a tight knit, fun team who make logging into work everyday exciting!!









What makes an ideal JumpStart Exec candidate?







  • A master from a relevant university/school (e. g. Marketing / Business/ Psychology / Economics / Communications)

  • Strong command of the English, both written and verbal

  • Experience with quantitative research methods as part of coursework/confident with data / experience in client facing roles, project management, panel provider, market research platforms)

  • 2nd language is a bonus!
