Your day to day:Ensures that processes related to customer onboarding in to MS365 are correctly managed. Maintains team activity status from an onboarding and enablement services into MS 365. Maintains and tracks pipeline, WIP and in-life across MS 365and provides information to Solutions and Offerings team to support capacity management.Works with product management to ensure onboarding to their products are consistent across the MS 365 portfolio and fit for purpose. Applies continual improvement methodologies to ensure the start-up phase of the customer lifecycle is fit for purpose, making recommendations for digital improvements and service/automation efficiencies.With these activities you will have a great impact on our business: Act as a project management for all activities executed regarding new customers and productsEnsure the effective transfer to Service Operations of new customers and servicesOwn service transition processes and ensure these are communicated and followed throughout the IT function.Oversee IT asset transfersEnsure all Service Design and end to end support models are reviewed and implemented for any changed or new serviceMaintaining all necessary communication lines within project teams and Client organizationsWith these skills you are a great candidate:Strong IT industry knowledge in a global company3-5 years Experience Troubleshoot various Microsoft 365 issues including connectivity and mobi (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Azure AD)MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services is mustMicrosoft 365 Certified: Exchange Online Support Engineer Specialty is a must1-3 years Experience in Agile project management delivery is a plusITIL certification is a plusEnglish Speaking B2/C1Sounds like the perfect job?
