We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist that can support us at various levels to create smart compensation packages and development opportunities that are aligned to our career roadmaps and in sync with our dynamic and adaptive DNA. You will work closely with our HR and management teams to ensure we make informed decisions, and we stay ahead of the curve. Salary offering: 9000 to 12000 lei net of taxes and social contributions, depending on:
matching all the job requirements and having the experience to showcase it
proving the ability to grow the role inside the company

Type of Employment: Contract, indefinite duration, hybrid environment
Company location: Bucharest, Pipera metro station

About You

  • Relevant experience in a compensation & benefits role (3-5 years preferably), familiar with benefits design, total rewards, performance evaluation systems, knowledge of general HR processes.
  • Good knowledge of salaries and benefits taxation in Romania, medium knowledge of labor law.
  • Experience in working with recognized job evaluation and salary ranges systems (preferably Mercer).
  • Microsoft Excel level medium to advanced, good Microsoft Office Skills and ability to work with various tools (Jira, Slack, HRIS).
  • Skilled with numbers and budgets.
  • Proficient in English (C1), able to showcase written and verbal communication skills. Able to summarize and present information.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to create reports and suggest actionable insights.
  • Passion for the tech world and understanding of agile tech environments would help you get by.
  • Live by the desire to work collaboratively and proactively.
  • A key enabler that ties together pieces of data into feasible options, a patient communicator.

About the Purpose of the Role

  • Elaborate compensation and benefits policies that ensure fairness inside the organization and are focused on talent development and growth opportunities.
  • Help us navigate the market and reward our talents.
  • Define and implement processes that are well-thought and support our departments in achieving ambitious goals; amongst them, you’ll be the key-driver of: annual appraisals, salary reviews, budgeting exercises, budget reviews, benchmarking, engagement campaigns.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations aimed to provide insights to suggest future actions that support our strategies.
  • Conduct job evaluations to ensure fair and competitive compensation structures and integrate new positions into our organization. Help with Job descriptions and org charts.
  • Manage and optimize our benefits programs, prepare reports on the benefits market, and find ways to enhance our employee satisfaction and well-being. Administer benefits enrollment where the case.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts related to compensation and benefits programs. Handle invoices where the case.
  • Promote brand engagement by addressing employee needs in a proactive and thoughtful manner: engage in internal communication initiatives, be the point of contact for employees’ questions, draft offer letters and make sure to keep people involved and informed.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Work on various tasks that ensure data accuracy and integrity in our systems.
  • Ensure fairness and compliance.
  • Work closely with HR, finance, legal, and management teams to support the overall business objectives.
