What you’ll be doing
As a Compliance Specialist, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Establish and ensure the operation of the Compliance Management System, considering the prior requirements of the Compliance department as well as those of the Orange Group;
- Provide consultancy on Compliance policies, processes and principles, to all internal Functions, ensuring the functioning of the compliance consultation desk process.
- Perform all the necessary activities for the creation and development of compliance course programs and implements those transmitted at the level of the Orange Group, such as creating the course material, identifying the proper colleagues for the purpose of each course, organizing the course sessions and any other activities necessary to fulfill the requirements of the Plan Annual Compliance Courses;
- Develop and deliver communications to employees regarding compliance processes, policies and procedures that must be communicated according to the Compliance Communication Plan
- Perform due diligence analyses and issue recommendations in order to initiate business relationships with potential company partners or continue economic relationships, in accordance with the requirements of the Orange Group methodology;
- Supervise the implementation of the Compliance Management System, its adequacy, as well as ensuring the necessary improvement measures;
- Systematically analyze existing or potential compliance risks within the annual Compliance Risk Mapping & Corruption Risk Mapping exercises;
- Develop measures to eliminate and reduce compliance risks, in collaboration with operational departments;
- Coordinate and support operational departments in order to identify compliance risks and implement relevant compliance measures;
- Follow and analyze the applicable national and international legislation, jurisprudence and the opinions issued by the competent authorities, as well as inform the employees about the new developments;
- Implement Compliance processes and Compliance activities according to the Annual Compliance Plan
- Follow the implementation of the measures approved by the relevant internal committees and ensuring the fulfillment of these measures;
- Prepare case-specific reports, as well as quarterly activity reports
What you need to know/have
Higher education (Law/Economic Studies);
Minimum 5 years of experience in specific compliance activities, internal audit, anti-fraud, according to the mentions made above in the responsibilities section;
Advanced knowledge of PC operation: MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
Advanced knowledge of the legislation in the field of anti-corruption, national and international (Sapin 2, FCPA, UKBA);
Advanced English skills (writing, speaking, reading);
Ability to analyze and synthesize;
Customer orientation, results orientation, spirit of initiative, ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure, flexibility, solving problems in optimal time;
The ability to deal with a dynamic, constantly changing work environment.
