• Participate, together with the members of the project team, in the verification/approving of the construction projects drawn up by the designers and take care of their implementation
• Prepare and analyze the content and specifications of the design themes so that they meet the technical - functional requirements necessary for the company's activity
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for obtaining approvals and authorizations from the competent institutions to implement the project
• Plan, organize and monitor, together with the site managers, the entire activity at the site level and is responsible for the results, their quality according to the project and the contractual conditions also the compliance with the established execution deadlines
• Adequately manage the electronic and paper correspondence related to the activity carried out and archive the documentation related to your activity (completed projects, ongoing and future projects)
• Regularly inform/consult the direct superior regarding the stage of the design/construction works, propose an improvement plan for the efficiency of the activities
• Monitor and participate in all project phases and ensures the correlation of details and technical plans with the execution stage
• Identify authorized suppliers and propose, collaboration, as appropriate; verify and approve their execution reports
• Budget management, cost estimation and development of technical specifications related to all the factors involved in the execution of construction works: site managers, companies involved in the site, control institutions, architects, engineers and other project specialists, etc. to ensure the completion of the projects
• Identifying problems and finding effective solutions to solve them
