The Content Specialist will execute the brand content strategy across various, online and offline, touchpoints, supporting all relevant communications of the local and international marketing teams. This role is focused on a range of content-driven activities, with specific emphasis on optimizing the customer’s journey across our services and communication channels, as well as contributing to the successful fulfillment of all content-related requirements of the Betano brand in Romania.
As a Content Specialist, you will:

• Deliver the editorial calendar on a monthly basis to ensure timely content distribution;
• Support Marketing and CRM on daily content and visuals briefings and requests for internal and external brand communication;
• Provide specific creative deliverables to other team members in CRM, CMS, ACQ, Product, Sponsoring;
• Provide writing, editing and proofreading services for recurring or ad hoc copy requests, such as new offers or products, campaigns, newsletters, and projects;
• Suggest marketing copy for main and secondary campaigns, based on the channel of use (banners, on-site) and optimize existing wording and messaging within a strict regulatory framework;
• Work with local agencies on social media and content execution if needed;
• Contact external partners like influencers and journalists with content distribution requests upon request;
• Work with local and international Marketing, Product and other teams within the organization through content requests, execution and distribution;
• Support the HQ Content team to fulfill inbound content-related tasks, such as operational content (Customer Support, KYC, Payments, CRM etc.), as well as Betting Terms updates, Legal Terms’ amendments, SEO requests, and website/native apps maintenance/optimisation;
• Ensure that content aligns with the brand's tone of voice and style guide;
• Produce and/or provide guidelines to publishers for native content creation;
• Monitor competition through social media, on-site and blog website content;
• Act proactively on new ideas on content formats and distribution.
