Job Description of Cook/ Helper/ Commi • Must have good experience of kitchen equipment • Produce quality product in a timely and efficient manner for the guests or staff Team management & Team player qualities • To be enthusiastic to develop your own skills and knowledge • To be consistently well groomed & professional in appearance and to wear the appropriate uniform. • Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes. • Communicate assistance needed during busy periods • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist • Have general knowledge of cooking temperatures, making soups & sauces, preparing entrees, vegetable preparation and a la carte cooking. • Wash and disinfect kitchen area, workstations, tables, tools, knives and other equipment. • Minimize waste and maintain controls to attain forecasted food cost • To ensure that the kitchen is always clean and organized Requirements and skills  Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and raise upto the occasion  Team player, good listener, presentation skill & communication skill  Ability to learning & develop the knowledge  Patience & Politeness with customers & colleagues  Flexibility to work in all shifts as per rotor Qualifications: • At least 1 year experience in similar role • No of Vacancies - 05 • Location – Dubai • Languages – English, Turkish, Chilies & other foreign languages beneficiary • Age Limit – up to 30yrs.
