You will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, drive process improvements and contribute to the success of Intertek Industry Services.In more detail, the Coordinator will:• Follow up suppliers’ documentation qualification process: data collection, document review, expediting on documentation;• Expedite and collect documentation on the Vendor Management portal;• Review documentation (mostly Financial and Quality) and implement comments, together with potential suppliers’ representatives;• Undertake the final evaluation of suppliers;• Report daily, weekly and monthly on qualification processes;• Constantly interface with client stakeholders (Procurement and Vendor Management) to remove process roadblocks;• Constantly interface with identified suppliers to speed up and organize the qualification process;• Track performance metrics to elevate our vendor management efforts. Requirements • Fluent knowledge of English and Romanian, written and spoken;• At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure and/or industrial sector, better in Supply Chain Management related roles (Vendor Management, Procurement support);• Experience in the analytical review of technical, quality and financial documents;• Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 principles;• Knowledge of other ISO standards (14001, 45001, 37001, etc) will be considered as a plus;• Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
