Crash Testing Engineer (m/f/d) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

•Accompanying the component and vehicle development.
•Supporting the evolution progress, up to the release phase, of the component suppliers.
•Monitoring the development steps up to the start of series production.
•Planning and procurement of the test vehicle and parts as well as capacity control of the test facilities.
•Implementation support and preparation of crash and sled tests
•Creation of component analyzes of safety-relevant components (airbags, belts, belt buckles, child seats, vehicle structures, etc.)
•Independent coordination with the responsible specialist departments of the customer.
•Perform CAE simulations to evaluate and enhance full vehicle crashworthiness performance in conjunction with occupant safety.
•Conduct optimization simulations using FEM Methods.
