The role:

• Proactive collection of all receivables in line with credit terms, and support sales team when necessary to accelerate the collection process
• Monitor customer's payment performance and proactively seek to reduce payment issues
• Must communicate & follow up effectively with other departments regarding customer accounts on a timely basis
• Management of credit limits and customer analysis
• Account reconciliation
• Management of cheques and promissory notes
• Regular reporting to local and regional Management
• Assisting other members of the team and finance department as and when required
