Job Description:
Coordinate and evaluates buyers’ credit rating and controls timely collection of claims.
Works, together with the Accounting, on tasks concerning regular monthly closing and annual audit of the company business operations.
Monitor and manage outstanding invoices and overdue accounts.
Contact clients via phone, email, or letter to follow up on payments.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.
Update account information and document payment histories.
Prepare and send statements and reminders to clients.
Generate regular reports on outstanding debts and collection activities.
Analyze data to identify trends in payment behaviors and develop strategies to improve collections.· Work closely with the sales and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and disputes.
Assist in the credit assessment of new customers and ongoing credit reviews.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding credit and collections.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and financial data.
Operates with the creation, review and streamlining of procedures.
Works within agreed limits to negotiate settlements, credit notes and write offs.
Revise and control supporting documentation for buyers (contracts and collaterals)
Collects financial parameters and other information concerning buyers
Operative the insurance of claims and conditions of insurance validity in cooperation with the central team
Creates all required reports concerning buyers’ control
Monitors group limits for buyers who have determined group credit limit in Romania
Communicates with the Sales Department about timely buyers’ limit approval
Collects financial reports form buyers and records
Communicates with the team concerning buyer’s control
