Responsibilities:

Manage the building, scheduling, testing and optimization of ad-hoc and automated campaigns through all channels.
Ensure all day-to-day communications are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Make sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
Assist in the planning, delivering and performance reporting (weekly and monthly) of CRM campaigns.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals to improve campaigns performance.
