Competences & Skills
•    Proficient in Romanian & English (spoken & written)
•    1+ years’ experience in a similar CRM marketing role
•    Considered a plus experience in CRM within igaming industry
•    Extremely organized with a passion to drive optimization  
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Technical mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
•    Advanced analytical capabilities utilizing customer data
•    Strong desire to learn new things and develop skills.
•    Familiarity with CRM platforms.

Job responsibilities
•    Create a concept and deliver user journey and experience including loyalty effects
•    Keep the users engaged. Increase customer retention and engagement by outlining and realizing customer lifecycle campaigns and communications
•    Set up and launch internal tournaments according to the promo plan.
•    Set up and launch various game mechanics on the website (missions, scratch cards, gift boxes), earning points or advancing levels 
•    Analysis of gamification results (tournaments, missions, scratch cards, etc.).
•    Monitor, track, and analyze the financial effectiveness of campaigns through regular reporting and optimizations if necessary.
•    Align closely with other colleagues from CRM team to ensure overall best possible customer experience. Work closely with all CRM team members and digital.
