You support our team as

Customer Service Team Lead with Operational Responsibility

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Service Quality within the team;
  • Coordinate onboarding and training of new hires, coordinate transitions;
  • Ensure complete and correct documentation of the related processes;
  • Set up proactive relationships with customers, to achieve and maintain a high level of delivery service and customer satisfaction;
  • Complete all Order to Cash Activities from the area of responsibility in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Manage the coordination between customer requests/complaints and the different stakeholders;
  • Set up and maintain customer master data, product master data, supplier master data, and customer and supplier pricing.

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in the areas of customer service in the automotive industry;
  • SAP SD knowledge (other SAP modules like MM are beneficial);
  • Excellent English skills are required; Italian language is a plus;
  • Good analytical and problem-solving approach and systematics;
  • Experience in leading teams and/or projects;
  • Knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures typically acquired through a college or university degree or equivalent work experience;
