Job Description
As a WPG Brand Ambassador, you will be the frontline representative of one of our clients, handling a variety of customer inquiries through live chat, phone calls, and emails. Your role is to provide helpful, friendly, and efficient support to our customers, ensuring a positive experience to the customers.
In this role, you’ll:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including Service Level Agreements (SLA) for response and resolution times.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information.
- Handle multiple tasks and cases simultaneously, adapting to new processes and tools as required.
- Collaborate with team members in a fun, supportive work environment to solve customer problems and improve the overall experience.
- Provide feedback to help improve our products and services and contribute to a continuous improvement mindset.
- Work From Office: We are a people first company and as such we love to see our colleagues at the office.
You must have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in Italian is mandatory
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite or equivalent software.
- Display excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- The right to live and work in Romania
- Preferred Experience
- Call center, strong customer service and sales experience, preferred but not essential
- Consistent work history and excellent attendance record.
