Internet Marketing Online este o firma specializată în Customer Support Services având departamente de front-office și back-office în industria de iGaming.


Cerinte


The main requirements for this job are:

Proficient English and Portuguese language, both written and spoken;

Good PC and Microsoft Office skills;

Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset;

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;

Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively;

Experience working as customer support representative is a plus.



Responsabilitati


Your responsibilities will be:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem. Following up is needed to ensure resolution.

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Cancel or upgrade accounts.

Communicating with customers through various channels: e-mail, chat and phone calls.

Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

Processing forms, applications, and requests.

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Communicating and coordinating with colleagues/team leader as necessary.

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.



Additional responsibilities:

Translations from English to Portuguese / Romanian to Portuguese.

Proofreading of Portuguese content.

Working program:

Availability to work flexible shifts, including two weekends per month.

Shift schedules may adjust in line with product developments.

Shifts are 8 hours per day, Monday through Sunday, and can be scheduled at various times within a 24-hour period (e.g., 07:00 - 15:00, 09:00 - 17:00, 10:00 - 18:00, 12:00 - 20:00, 15:00 - 23:00, or 23:00 - 07:00).
