The target of the position is order processing or/and customer invoicing, communicating with clients requesting payment, and arranging payment plans.
Main responsibilities:
• Order processing or/and customer invoicing, communicating with clients requesting payment, and arranging payment plans.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction (maintaining the order intake booking and handling daily PO requests and schedules).
• Daily changes for the customers’ demand via the customer portal.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
