Candidatul ideal

•Education: Bachelor’s degree, with 2 -3 years of customer service is required, relevant experience will be desirable.
•Experience: International trade / logistics major or related experiences will be desirable
•Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
•Good customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
•Self-motivated and demonstrates initiative and result oriented.
•Must be able to communicate in French C1 & English C1 (Verbal and Written)

Avantor is looking for a dedicated Customer Facing Responsible – French Speaker to optimize our Customer Service team that takes care of any customer related matter including product shipments.
This role will be a hybrid full-time position based out of our Bucharest, Romania office. You will have the opportunity to work within the supply chain of customers request and goods arrivals. If you have

The team - Avantor’s Customer Facing Responsible is part of 18 amazing individuals that specialists in the outstanding customers service across Europe.

•Monitor daily operations and incoming matters.
•Manage inbound and outbound customer phone calls (10% of your time), perform back-office tasks 90% of your time.
•Check material validity and price effectiveness in SAP.
•Arrange valid orders to initiate product shipment.
•Ensure supply chain processes meet customer requirements.
•Create on-time invoices to complete operations and ensure business profitability.
•Contribute to continuous quality improvements for business compliance.
•Take ownership of internal and external customer requirements.
