Are you customer-focused with a proactive and dedicated mindset?

We are looking for a Customer Order Coordinator to join the team.

Here, you will be the voice of the customer into our SCM organization. You will be part of a well-established and coherent team, consisting of experienced coordinators, dedicated, solution driven, and service minded. The team is responsible for achieving required service levels for customer issues, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Provide excellent customer service to our internal customers
• Working on customer inquiries
• You enjoy working on repetitive tasks
• Enter and monitor customer orders in our SAP system
• Proactively work with the customer to find solutions
• Voice of the customers into our internal SCM organization

What You Bring

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for a proactive, service minded person, who thrives to communicate with different stakeholders and put the customer first.

Your qualifications:

• Fundamental Supply Chain knowledge, preferably within the Deliver part
• Fluent English, both written and verbal
• Effective and solution-oriented problem solving
• SAP experience is a requirement
• Microsoft Office skills, especially with MS Excel is a benefit
