Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Representative. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing exceptional service through voice and written communication. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and promoting relevant products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and promote relevant products/services.
• Meet monthly targets for new listings, reactivations, and renewals.
• Achieve additional listing targets from existing property owners.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Your Profile:

• Language Skills: Proficient in Dutch (C1 level) and English—fluent in both spoken and written communication (mandatory).
• Sales Experience: At least 6 months of experience in sales; a sales-oriented mindset is essential.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and customer service abilities. Experience in a BPO or contact center environment is a plus.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or an international work environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and social media tools.
• Problem-Solving Attitude: Proactive in searching for information and focused on resolving customer requests.
• Work Model: Willingness to work in a hybrid model (remote & office-based).
