What You Will Enjoy Doing


 



  • Your key responsibility will be to provide customers with accurate and detailed information about our products and services.

  • You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and requests, analyzing them to propose appropriate solutions, and obtaining approvals for any necessary corrections and changes.

  • Furthermore, you will actively communicate those solutions and feedback to our customers promptly.

  • Additionally, you will receive and process pricing requests and set pricing schemes in our system.

  • Your responsibility will be will also to issue invoices for a wide range of services and products, including rentals, cylinders, tanks, bulks, and others.

  • You will accurately input data and information into our system and promptly process any changes or corrections requested by customers.

  • Alongside you will also receive, verify, and process documents received from our German team monthly, based on our contractual obligations and procedures.

  • Finally, you will prepare and send informational emails to customers, and run regular reports and analysis related to our processes.


     



What Makes You Great


 



  • You have great communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Mandatory advanced level of German language (B2-C) and medium level of English language

  • Further, good knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required in this role

  • Equivalent knowledge and experience using ERP systems (SAP preferential)

  • You have customer support / customer service experience

  • Detailed oriented and problem-solving skills

  • You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation
