Main Responsibilities
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Analyze and report product malfunctions (eg: by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Offers support by providing product and service information about new features and functionalities and resolving product and service problems.
- Be actively involved in improving the CS procedures, programs and sites by gathering customers feedback and sharing it with Product Team
