Key Responsibilities:
- Creating new customers in the system;
- Understanding and applying contracts with customers;
- Providing customer support regarding orders (integrating orders on the ordering site; viewing delivery notes returned from stores);
- Checking orders integrated into the system vs delivery schedule;
- Daily verification of scanned orders compared to those received physically;
- Weekly follow-up of unrecovered orders;
- Taking over and recording incidents reported by drivers (differences in reception in stores);
- Registering customer complaints, providing a response and providing feedback to internal departments;
- Centralization and transmission of volumes from distribution centers ( to the transport department for the next day;
- Printing consignment notes;
- Prepare documents with differences at reception for return operation in the warehouse
- Daily transmission of the status of deliveries to customers;
- Two-week submission of the KPI report on time to customers (For kpi, documents must be tracked daily)
