We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Customer Success Manager to lead the technical IT support team.

Requirements:
Degree in IT, or similar field, such as Technology
Several years of relevant experience in IT, IT Strategy and IT architecture experience
Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager, team management and responsibilities in the field of information technology
Nice to have - management and / or leadership courses or other advanced training courses in the field / certification of PM, ITIL, etc.
Customer relationship management
Advanced knowledge of English – spoken and writtenTeam development

Skills:
Ability to establish mutual trusting and professional relationship
Performance orientation - Ability to interact and communicate with multiple customers, including C-level
Cooperation - Excellent business analysis, project, risk, and relationship management skills
Strong skills in multitasking, communications, negotiation, organization, and teamwork

Responsibilities:
Coordinates, organizes, guides and controls the delivery of outsourced IT services
Ensures Customer relationship management
Setting up accounts and onboarding customers
Supporting external customers via ticketing system, emails, or phone calls
Organizes and monitors the team / staff to apply the legislation and regulations related to the activity carried out
Establish team / staff responsibilities, have working procedures, and update them accordingly
It is the responsibility of methodological elaboration of project management and of the portfolio of projects and clients
Ensures the optimal development of activities in the operational area
Participates in meetings with clients with the role of Presale in the company's sales processes
Conducts technology evaluation
Establishes and maintains company technology standards
Rigor and reliability in the follow up and implementation of actions
Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning on the market
High level understanding of IT products market and competition with ability to identify and clearly articulate value proposition to clients
