Job Description

• You manage your own customer portfolio where optimal customer service is a priority.
• You register and follow up all process from order to delivery of customer demand.
• You register and follow-up complaints and inform customer.
• You follow-up the account receivable of your customer in cooperation with credit control.
• You are the first point of contact for all after sales queries from customers and sales managers.
• You prepare samples for the customer and send them keeping customer informed during the process.
• You take ownership and provide suitable solutions in a professional and dynamic way.
• You communicate clearly and efficiently with customers and internally with other divisions and inform proactively.
• You stay informed of all new developments within our company and you are able to explain this to our customers.

Profile

• Helping customers and provide suitable solutions gives you energy.
• Positivity towards customers and colleagues is important and you are a team player.
• Good spoken and written knowledge French and English. Additional language skills are a plus.
• You have good skills of MS Office applications and reporting skills.
• You are a strong communicator and think solution-oriented.
• You are eager to learn and extend your knowledge of our products.
• You have technical background or affinity with textiles.
