What will you do for eduboom?

The position will put you in front of many interesting challenges and allow you to express yourself in various directions. Your main duties will include:

• Develop your presentation skills by hosting training webinars for new users
• Conduct phone calls with teachers to introduce them to the platform's various features
• Gather feedback from teachers and partners
• Process and analyze data
• Communicate actively with other teams to help improve the services we offer

The experience and skills we are looking for:

• Experience in customer support or user communication
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
• Strong time management and ability to self-organize tasks
• Emotional intelligence and openness to feedback
• High level of adaptability
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Excellent written Romanian
• Spoken English – minimum B2 level
• Teamwork skills
• Experience in the education sector is a plus, but not required
• A desire to contribute to the growth of eduboom
