About the Role


We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Agent with English (UK) with excellent technical skills, for our awesome office in Sibiu, Romania.


What you will do

• Receive and handle the Operators’ requests by emails, chats, and phone calls.
• Advise and consult our B2B customers to master the use of our SaaS and help design their offers.
• Process and document the Operator experience.
• Contribute to the development of the internal and external knowledge base.
• Document resolutions and technical advances in the internal knowledge base.
