Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have excellent communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
You will be providing support for a globally recognized mobile phone hardware and software provider during a very exciting growth period for the brand.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable interacting with customers, offers excellent customer service and enjoys working in a small, multi-lingual, office-based team.
We are currently looking for a full time customer service agent with Fluent German. The schedule will be Monday to Friday, with flexible shifts, between the hours 08:45 - 19.15.

Job Description

  • As a WPG Brand Ambassador, you will be the frontline representative of one of our clients, a globally recognized market leader in mobile phone hardware and software handling a variety of customer inquiries through live chat, phone calls, and emails. Your role is to provide helpful, friendly, and efficient support to our customers, ensuring a positive experience with our mobile hardware and software products.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot issues with mobile devices, applications, and software to find fast and effective solutions.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including Service Level Agreements (SLA) for response and resolution times.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Handle multiple tasks and cases simultaneously, adapting to new processes and tools as required.
  • Collaborate with team members in a fun, supportive work environment to solve customer problems and improve the overall experience.
  • Provide feedback to help improve our products and services and contribute to a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Work From Office: We are a people first company and as such we love to see our colleagues at the office.


You must have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in German is mandatory
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite or equivalent software.
  • Display excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • The right to live and work in Romania
  • Preferred Experience
  • Call center, strong customer service and sales experience, preferred but not essential
  • Consistent work history and excellent attendance record.
