• To manage AWB documentation for shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer requirements;
• To provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring prompt responses to client concerns;
• To collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate the execution of client orders and any challenges that may arise;
• To maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications using CRM software or other relevant tools.
