What You’ll Do

• Guide guests through the reservation process, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat, in a courteous and timely manner.
• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure apartments are always in top condition.
• Assist in-house guests with all requests and challenges including but not limited to engineering challenges, housekeeping needs and general questions.
• Handle special requests and provide local recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor and update booking platforms, ensuring accurate information and smooth operations.
• Resolve any issues proactively, making sure guests feel supported throughout their stay.
