Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• ELK Stack Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana in the development of data pipelines and visualization.

• Python Proficiency: Proven hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.

• Project Portfolio: Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering at least three major projects utilizing the ELK stack for data analysis and visualization.

• Data Analytics Expertise: Strong expertise in data analytics techniques and tools, with a proven ability to turn raw data into actionable insights.

• Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative mindset.

• Willingness to Learn: Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

• Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst in our Digital Transformation team, you will:

• Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: Drive the integration of data-driven insights into our digital transformation strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement solutions.

• ELK Stack Expertise: Demonstrate your extensive experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK) to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ensuring efficient data ingestion, storage, and retrieval.

• Expertise in Python: Utilize your advanced proficiency in Python to manipulate, analyze, and visualize large datasets efficiently, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes.

• Project Management: Showcase your ability to lead and manage complex data projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and alignment with business objectives.

• Data Analytics: Apply your expertise in data analytics to extract meaningful insights from raw data,presenting findings through clear and compelling visualizations, dashboards, and reports.

• Data Processing and Cleaning: Utilize your meticulous approach to data processing and cleaning,ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the data used for analysis.

• Effective Communication: Leverage your excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and understanding.

• Innovative Problem-Solving: Tackle challenging projects head-on, using your problem-solving skills to address issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend data driven solutions.
