Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and manage data in the company's systems.
- Organize, file, and maintain digital and physical records for easy retrieval.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Compile and format reports and documents as required.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and, occasionally, external contacts in English to handle work-related queries.
Requirements:
- Medium proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English - preferably.
- Comfortable using a computer and navigating different software.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- High accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Strong ability to organize tasks, files, and information efficiently.
- A collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team environment.
