• Proactively explore, analyze, and present creative and data-driven solutions to optimize sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and cultivate a loyal customer base, contributing to the overall growth and success of the store.
• Take full ownership of driving the sales success of a specific department, meticulously executing product orders, closely monitoring goal achievements, and conducting insightful competitor analysis to capitalize on market trends.
• Ensure seamless operations and adherence to the brand's internal standards throughout the store, implementing best practices and maintaining an impeccable shopping experience for customers.

Previous experience in a similar retail industry role
Communication skills
