Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage the activities of the sales team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales efforts, such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional development and growth.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive developments, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of success in achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, to track and evaluate sales performance.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on motivating and inspiring team members to achieve their full potential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on problem-solving and driving results.
