The Role

As the DevOps & CloudOps Manager at Everseen, you will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our global DevOps and CloudOps initiatives. You will ensure the reliability, scalability, and availability of the cloud and on-premise components of our hybrid platform while driving operational excellence.

This role requires a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of DevOps principles and execution, cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, and the challenges of delivering world-class AI solutions. You will manage a high-performing team and collaborate across the organization to optimize our systems and workflows.

What You’ll Do

• DevOps & CloudOps Leadership
• Develop and execute a global DevOps and CloudOps strategy aligned with the company’s business goals
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 10+ DevOps and CloudOps engineers.
• Manage and lead the DevOps and CloudOps teams, create strategic goals and monitor performance against those goals. Hold overall responsibility for resourcing and the projects the teams are working on.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning by organizing training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Share skills, knowledge, and expertise across members of the DevOps and CloudOps teams.
• Hybrid Infrastructure and Automation
• Own and deliver the DevOps, DevSecOps, and continuous operations of our scalable and reliable SaaS cloud application.
• Own and deliver the DevOps, DevSecOps, packaging, and monitoring of our scalable and reliable containerized Edge application for the customer to host on-premise.
• Ensure that on premise infrastructure is fit for purpose for our customer’s ability to deploy and run.
• Drive automation strategies for fast, reliable, and repeatable software deployments.
• Monitoring, Performance & Compliance
• Implement comprehensive monitoring systems, alerting systems, and on-call team roster to maintain infrastructure and application health.
• Own SLA measurement and management, analyze performance, identify and resolve issues timely and proactively.
• Optimize resource utilization and costs across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Cost Optimization and Budgeting
• Develop and manage budgets for Cloud IT operations, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Implement effective and transparent cost management in collaboration with product team.
  
  

Collaborating With

• Work closely with product & engineering teams, central platform & operations, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership, providing updates on key metrics, risks, and projects
  
  

Profile And Skills

• 12+ years of experience in DevOps and CloudOps, including 7+ years in leadership roles within global organizations.
• Proven ability to lead and build high-performing teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong customer focus, ensuring high satisfaction and exceptional user experiences.
• Experience engaging with technology partners to deliver cost-effective and innovative solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Passion for learning, innovation, and sharing knowledge within the team.
• Advanced business English proficiency (verbal & written).
• Broad understanding of software engineering, cloud technologies, and AI industry trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience preferred).
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
