The main responsibilities include:

• Design layouts for printing/email output according to the contract’s specifications
• Provide support to the application operators and production supervisors
• Prepare the technical specifications for the developed jobs
• Evaluate the resulted application and propose modifications for improving the process
• Fill out follow-up reports for the executed jobs
• Check the execution of the jobs according to the internal procedures and customers’ requirements
• Provide activity reports upon the Manager’s request
• Other tasks as they may arise within the department’s activity
