As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and driving online engagement. You will be responsible for implementing strategies that align with our business goals and increase customer acquisition for both our restaurants and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Monitor and optimize website performance using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to improve user experience and increase conversions.
Create engaging and targeted content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand identity.
Develop and execute paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
Optimize SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings for the group's businesses.
Manage email marketing campaigns to enhance customer retention and acquisition.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create digital assets (banners, ads, landing pages, etc.).
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and continuously optimize strategies based on industry changes.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate marketing efforts across different brands within the group to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing best practices.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
Solid understanding of web analytics and performance metrics.
