As a Digital Marketing Services Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and projects. This role requires excellent project management skills, a keen understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong ability to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

• Lead Digital Marketing and Strategy Projects: Implement multi-channel marketing strategies that align with clients' business goals and digital transformation initiatives. Oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic and multi-channel marketing projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and driving growth.
• Client Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, setting realistic goals and expectations, and providing regular updates on campaign performance and milestones.
• Strategic Planning & Alignment: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, and technical teams) to develop and refine campaign strategies that align with client goals. Ensure all projects reflect a deep understanding of the client’s business and market.
• Quality Assurance & Optimization: Review and approve deliverables, ensuring quality standards are met and that they align with client expectations. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and client satisfaction.
• Budget & Timeline Management: Track and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring transparency with clients and internal teams regarding any potential changes or challenges.
• Support for Website Updates: Collaborate with developers to implement site updates, translating client and internal requests (e.g., SEO) into clear technical requirements. Manage support projects for ongoing website maintenance and optimization.
