We’re looking for a mid-senior Digital Marketing Specialist with project management skills to help bridge the gap between market needs and our product development team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our technical team, ensuring they’re aligned and motivated to deliver the right product based on market needs. With your experience in digital marketing and familiarity with software products, you’ll drive not only campaigns that generate demand but also shape the product strategy to meet user expectations.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with the development team to ensure product features align with market demand and user needs.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for software products, focusing on demand generation and user engagement.
• Act as the bridge between market needs and development, ensuring clear communication of market insights and product vision.
• Oversee and execute marketing campaigns from planning to delivery, ensuring they drive product adoption and growth.
• Use data and market analysis to inform both marketing and product decisions, refining strategies based on feedback.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Stay current with trends in both digital marketing and the software industry, surfacing fresh ideas to implement.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with experience working on or promoting software products.
• Proven project management skills, especially in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, email marketing tools) and analytics.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams, translating market needs into product features and ensuring alignment on product goals.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in English.
