Provides a crafted stay for each guest
Escort guests to their rooms and provide hotel/room/restaurant orientation in accordance with service standards.
Discreetly ascertain each guest’s name and once learned, greet each guest by name
Handle problems and errands as they arise
Receive mail and packages from courier services and hold these in safe storage until picked up by the intended recipient.
Stay alert during your shift in order to screen for security
Other administrative tasks as requested by supervisors, such as coordinating materials for events and confirming building or guest information
Comply with hotel safety and security policies
Maintain availability to work all shifts, including overnight
Navigates each shift fluidly and freely performs duties outside of assigned classification
Perform additional duties as instructed by the Front Office Manager
