Responsibilities
E-commerce Store Management:

• Oversee daily operational activities of the online store, including product listings, campaign creation, banner updates, non-developer-required theme adjustments, price changes, discount code creation, necessary API connections for order tracking, and digital marketing integrations, creating order, handling customer inquiries through website chat, process invoices, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Take direct responsibility for website design and functionality, ensuring optimal website speed, UX functionalities, and theme optimization to enhance the user experience.

Marketplace Management (eMAG, Vivre, Cel.ro, Trendyol, etc.):

• Manage operational tasks for marketplaces, including product listings, campaign setup, price adjustments, API integrations, and maintaining account health.

• Focus on increasing marketplace sales by leveraging internal ad spending, optimizing product listings, and managing campaigns effectively.

Customer Support Oversight:

• Establish workflows and procedures for order placements, returns, and other customer interactions.

• Take role in setting up and managing the IT infrastructure for the Customer Support Department, covering website chat, phone (inbound/outbound), and other customer service channels.

• Proactively address customer complaints and issues related to product quality, delivery, refunds, and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Develop customer service protocols and escalation procedures to resolve issues professionally and promptly.

Software Development Oversight:

• Manage software development needs with an external developer to support Marketing Department tasks, such as campaign implementation and landing page updates.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement strategies that align with digital marketing campaigns.

• Work with the external developer to enhance website speed, improve UX functionalities, and optimize the theme for a better user experience.

Sales & Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales by analyzing market trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences.

• Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions for maximum impact and accuracy.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, website traffic, and customer behavior using data analytics tools to identify growth opportunities.

• Report on key metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Logistics & Operations Coordination:

• Collaborate with shipping partners and internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and optimal inventory management.

Industry Trend Monitoring:

• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, consumer behavior, and best practices through continuous research.

• Implement innovative strategies to enhance the online shopping experience and foster customer engagement.

Independence & KPI Focus:

• Execute tasks independently, driving KPIs and consistently meeting sales targets.
