You support our team as

EHS & Sustainability Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Support internal and external EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) & Sustainability reporting, creation of regular reports and reports on demand;
• Conducting training courses, creating training documents, support for Enablon key users at the Business Groups
• Data analysis and processing;
• Support User administration on Enablon;
• Support creation of process documentation;
• Functional testing of the different modules in Enablon during and after Version upgrade and possible cloud migration project;
• Elaborate the documentation of ESG reporting according to ESRS.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Technical, Economic, Scientific or related field;
• Experience in financial and non-financial reporting, processing and visualization of data and information would be an advantage;
• IT experience in the field of sustainability / EHS reporting would be an advantage;
• Fluent in English;
• Experience in conducting (online) trainings;
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Power Point) and data management tools;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Working proficiency and accuracy;
• Collaborative skills and a strong team-oriented mindset including openness for knowledge-sharing.
