• Know-how: construction activities in the field of electromechanics;
• Training/ professional field: Engineer (bachelor's degree in a related field);
• Work experience as Project Manager: at least 5 years, preferably gained within the field of electromechanics (expert knowledge of piping & mechanical is essential);
• Foreign language skills and level: Romanian (native), English (advanced);
• MS Office skills and level: MS Office – very good;
• Driving license, cat. B;
• Strong written and verbal communication;
• Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
• Personal skills: Self-confidence in his relations with clients, suppliers and partners;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong team working skills, with an ability to motivate others and to lead or manage teams and projects;
• Open-minded, loyal, flexible and an with the ability to compromise;
• Availability for alternate jobs.

• Ensures the observance of all legal measures, of the authorities, of the client and of those provided by the company for safety, health and environmental protection;
• Check the contractual documents if they are unambiguous and if they can be fulfilled;
• Clarifies project specifications, sets project objectives and defines requirements;
• Ensures compliance with costs, deadlines and quality;
• Coordinates the management of the project team;
• Coordinates the management of the partial project manager and that of the site managers;
• Ensures compliance with all relevant rules and sets of rules;
• Coordinates and establishes the internal and external communication of the project and of the management of documents and data;
• Clarifies and establishes the competencies and responsibilities within the project;
• Planning of resources and budget;
• Integration of KPI’s and improvements;
• Assess needs, prepare order specifications, coordinate and monitor subcontractors and suppliers;
• Announces and records mistakes / deviations related to the project, problems or weaknesses for initiating corrections, corrective and preventive measures;
• Monitoring the project progress / performance;
• Able to conduct negotiations;
• Participates to the development of KRAFTANLAGEN ROMANIA insofar as quality management and work safety and health are concerned;
• Maintains quality standards;
• Complies with IMS provisions;
• Complies with the legal provisions of Law 319/2006, Law 307/2006;
• Knows and complies with the provisions of the environmental standards, norms and legislation within his field of activity;
