Their mission is to analyze, seek out, identify, attract and evaluate talent in line with the needs and ambitions expressed by Group entities within a realistic timeframe defined with the hiring manager. They develop and apply leading sourcing strategies and research methodologies to identify the best talent and build first-class talent pools. They assess Talent in line with the needs and ambitions expressed by Group entities within a realistic timeframe defined with the hiring managers. They contribute to continuously have an attractive employer branding. They select and propose managers best short-listed candidates; for selected candidates they coordinate with internal recruiters the next step of recruitment process or is able to manage end-to -end recruitment process, when needed.
