• Knowledge: Deep understanding of Romanian tax and accounting legislation.
• Personal Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to analyze and solve problems, effective communication.

Job Description:

• Manage the entire accounting process of the company, including transaction journalization, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with current tax and accounting regulations.
• Prepare and present periodic financial reports to management.
• Coordinate and supervise the accounting team.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Perform financial analysis and report results to management.
• Optimize accounting processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Advise management on the financial impact of business decisions.
