Candidatul ideal

Graduate of long-term technical university education;
Previous experience in maintenance/ turnaround activities of equipment/ installations or industrial projects for at least 5 years;
Experience in planning of insulation activities for at least 5 years;
Deep knowledge in insulation site coordination;
Specific knowledge in the IT field (MS Office and SAP PM and IT tools for planning job-specific works);
English language at a fluent conversation level;
Knowledge about thermal insulations used in oil and gas industry.

Descrierea jobului

Planning Turnaround and Operational Stop works in the Petrobrazi refinery for insulation activities;
Monitors and verifies the status of works according to the planned deadlines;
Performs the quantitative and qualitative verification of the performed works;
Evaluates the quality of the works performed by contractor in accordance with the; standards and rules of the company and establishes corrective measures in case of non-conformities;
Elaborates the scope of works related to the Turnaround and Operational Stops of the refinery; performs the detailing of activities and their quantification (quantitative and budgetary estimation);
Monitors the execution of insulation works during the Turnarounds and Operational Stops, verifies quantitatively and qualitatively the performed works, verifies, and accepts the acceptance documentation related to works;
Evaluates the activity performance of the contractors in the area of insulation works;
Implements, adapts, provides solutions for insulation planning and execution;
Coordination of scope quantification;
Provides solutions to solve problems and subjects, unclear regarding the scope preparation and execution;
Collaborates with all involved parties for a proper quantification, planning and execution of insulation activities;
Insulation site determination and coordination;
Analysis of critical works with focus on solution development and implementation;
Insulation Material– tracking of conformity, delivery and installation in the field;
Management of scope modification;
Screening and coordination of insulation preparatory works;
Involvement for Risk and Quality Plan Management;
Insulation monitoring progress;
Reporting based on Project Structure.
